A system of a primary Canoe Liner and secondary skirting to contain material on the belt, preventing spillage and minimizing dust. The Canoe Liner acts as an impact wall, allowing material to hit against it and resettle into the carrying are of the belt. Skirting is exterior to the load zone and acts as a seal against the belt to prevent any fines or dust from escaping the load zone.
A support structure using rubber bars with a UHMW cover layer that is designed to handle the sliding load of the belt and material. Tends to provide better sealing between the containment system and belt.
A support structure using rubber impact idlers that flex and move with impact, ideal for load zones where serious belt damage could occur due to the impact of material caused by lump size, fall height, and material density. Due to the nature of the belt sag between idlers, getting a tight seal with the containment system can be difficult to impossible.
