Conveyer Belt

Conveyor belts are widely used in a variety of industries to move bulk or packaged goods efficiently and at lower cost.  Conveyor belt construction varies based on the application to meet the specific strength, carrying capacity and incline needs of the material.

Heavy Duty Fabric Conveyor Belt

Are specially designed to transport bulk materials in demanding environments.  Heavy Duty Fabric Conveyor Belts are essential in applications where durability, strength and reliability are needed to move large volumes of tough, abrasive, or heavy bulk materials.

  • Good tensile strength
  • Specialty covers available for higher abrasion resistance or cut and gouge

Steel Cord Conveyor Belt

Use steel-cords to provide superior tensile and breaking strength, increasing the carrying load capacity, while minimizing belt elongation.  Steel Cord construction provides a high load-bearing capacity, making them ideal for transporting heavy bulk materials over long distances.

  • High tensile strength
  • Low elongation
  • Specialty covers available for application demands

Lightweight Fabric Conveyor Belt

Designed to conveyor bulk materials in low to moderately demanding applications, lightweight belts are more common and used across a wide range of industries.  Standard constructions make lightweight belts readily available.

  • Standard covers are SBR Grade 2, PVC, and Urethane
  • Specialty covers available for oil and impact resistance

High Temp Conveyor Belt

High Temp Belts have specialized rubber covers designed to withstand high operating temperatures.  Their specialized compounds allow them to operate in extreme conditions.

  • EPDM / EPR for non-oil applications up to 750oF
  • HTA / Hot Tar & Asphalt for applications with heat and oils present

Food Grade Conveyor Belts

Belt cover compounds are FDA compliant for contact with food and the cleaning protocols required to meet hygiene requirements.

  • Multiple colors to choose from to have high visibility of material against the belt
  • Various belt cover compounds to meet specific temperature, oil and chemical resistance

Ripstop Belt

A fabric belt with steel mesh imbedded in the skim layer to prevent longitudinal rips caused by foreign objects entering the conveyor stream.

  • Stops longitudinal rips

Cleated Conveyor Belts

Fabricated with cleats to prevent product rollback on incline applications. Cleats can be straight across, herringbone, chevron, or specialty designs of ¼” to 3” tall design.

  • Prevents rollback of product

Sidewall Conveyor Belts

Fabricated with a corrugated sidewall, these belts are intended to move bulk material up steep inclines.  The Sidewall prevents product spillage and increases the belts carrying capacity.

  • Increases carry capacity
  • Available with or without cleats
