Lagging

Pulley Lagging is a layer of material applied to the metal drum of a pulley to increase the coefficient of friction, reducing belt slippage and improving pulley performance.  Pulley Lagging reduces wear on the pulley shell itself, extending the life of the pulley, while also reducing the vibration and noise caused between the belt and pulley.

Rubber Lagging

Solid rubber lagging can be of varying durometers to alter the stickiness of the rubber and ability to self-clean.

Ceramic Lagging

Ceramic has an increased friction value, increasing the connection with the belt. Available in different amounts of ceramic coverage, depending on the degree of slippage and application needs.

Diamond Lagging

Rubber lagging with diamond pattern to allow water and debris to shed itself and not become trapped between the belt and pulley.
