To complement our engineered Skirtboard Liner Systems we have partnered with iFIL Pleated Filtration systems to provide another option to bag house replacement filtration systems. Together RAM Enterprise, Inc. and iFil (Innovative Filtration Technology) can provide solutions for dust containment, and OEM bag house replacement filters. Overall our goal is to Optimize air flow while improving fugitive dust containment.

No metal components (no metal snapband nor metal expander device) in all synthetic construction option (EPDM gasket, polyurethane top and bottom, polypropylene core). Ensures no metal components can be inadvertently isolated from ground. |
Construction option for conductive filter (Surface Resistivity <106 Ω/square) |
Pleated filter design with conductive media, metal core and metal top coupled with conductive EPDM gasket ensures positive grounding of filter to tubesheet. Design is intrinsically safe as there is no ground wire which, if misinstalled, creates a larger hazard. |
