Cleated Sidewall Belt Splicing

Although cleated sidewall belt splicing is
similar to a flat belt fabric splice, there are a
few things that make the task unique. The
sidewall itself needs to be peeled off the base belt so the splice location can be exposed. Because the corrugated sidewall is removed from the flat belt it must be re-bonded to the base belt after the splice is complete. This process alone, if not performed correctly, can cause significant problems when the belt is put back into service.

You can count on RAM enterprise to have
the knowledge and tools to get this procedure completed safely and on time.
